摘要
[研究目的]该研究旨在面向工程科技领域,基于文献情报方法提出一套潜在颠覆性技术发现方法体系,以期为后续专家进行技术颠覆性能力评价提供种子技术点集合。[研究方法]在经过潜在颠覆性技术主题发现、种子技术树构建并进行成熟度评估、产业技术树构建并进行关注度评估的基础上,尝试提出特定技术点的颠覆性潜力评估方法。[研究结论]通过氢燃料电池领域实证,证明该研究所提方法是一种行之有效的潜在颠覆性技术发现方法。
[Research purpose] Focus on the field of engineering science and technology, this paper proposes a set potentially disruptive technology identification methods based on literature, in order to provide a set of seed technology points for experts to conduct technological disruptive evaluations. [Research method] Based on the seed technology tree construction and maturity evaluation, industrial technology tree construction and attention evaluation, this paper try to propose a disruptive potential evaluation method for a specific technology point. [Research conclusion] The empirical research on hydrogen fuel cells proved that the method is an effective method for disruptive technology identification.
