FCC装置分馏塔顶油气余热分析优化利用

摘要 克拉玛依石化公司催化装置分馏塔顶油气系统采用传统流程,存在低温位热源利用不充分的问题,消耗大量电能和循环水。通过采用分馏塔顶油气系统增加阿法拉伐全焊接油气-换热水板式换热器的方法,降低了空冷和水冷取热负荷,在装置全年加工量满负荷的情况下,四组水冷一年可以做到减少一半循环水量,完全满足油气冷后温度的工艺要求,节约了大量的电能和循环水。低温余热系统经过板式换热器取热后可以回收10000 kW的热量,比管壳式换热器回收热量更多,产生更大热水量,节约了大量蒸汽。新设备技术工艺连续应用25个月,表现安全稳定,没有压降升高和通道堵塞的现象发生,消除了装置瓶颈,降低了员工的劳动强度。 The oil and gas system at the top of the fractionating tower of the catalytic unit of Karamay Petrochemical Company is adopted the traditional process,which has the problem of insufficient utilization of low temperature potential heat source and consumes a lot of electric energy and circulating water.What's more,by adding the method of Alfa Laval all-welded oil and gas-heat exchange plate heat exchanger to the oil and gas system,the air cooling and water cooling heat load is reduced.Even more to the point,in case of full load processing capacity throughout the year,the four groups of water cooling can reduce the circulating water by half,fully meet the technological requirements of the temperature after oil and gas cooling and save a lot of electric energy and circulating water.The low temperature waste heat system can recover 10000 kW of heat after being heated by the plate heat exchanger,which is more than the shell and tube heat exchanger to recover heat,generates more hot water and saves a lot of heating steam.Most importantly,the process performance of the equipment is safe and stable,and there is no phenomenon of pressure drop rise and channel blockage.It eliminates the bottleneck of the device,solves the hidden danger of safety,reduces the labor intensity of the staff,and relieves the working pressure of the staff.The project has some innovations in technology,which has been applied continuously for more than 25 months after implementation.The technology is not only mature and reliable,but no safety accidents occur,which has significant economic and social benefits.
