摘要
针对井下作业起带液油管时,工作液在油管上口、下口形成的污染隐患问题,研制了油管上口自动封流装置、空心截流盘、速拆刮管器、井口油管自动控流套、井口回流箱等油管控流防污组合工具,在线施工时分点应用,全过程闭环管控,实现人不黏液、液不落地。现场应用表明,在符合该油田基本特征的情况下,小成本小制作的迭代更新同样可以取得达成环境保护要求、降低劳动强度、提高健康保护水平、提高施工速度的良好效果,受到现场操作者及各级管理者的一致认可。
In view of the potential pollution problem that the working fluid is formed at the upper and lower ports of the tubing when lifting the liquid tubing in the downhole operation,automatic flow sealing device at the upper port of the tubing,hollow connection plate,quick removal scraper,wellhead tubing flow control sleeve,wellhead backflow box and other tubing orifice flow control and anti pollution combination tools are developed.What's more,the use of point application and the whole process of closed-loop control in online construction can realize no human mucus and no liquid landing.Most importantly,field application shows that the iterative updating with small cost and small production can also achieve the good effects of meeting the environmental protection requirements,reducing labor intensity,improving the health protection level and the construction speed under the condition of meeting the basic characteristics of the oilfield,which is unanimously welcomed by the field operators and managers at all levels.
