摘要
井喷失控是油气田生产过程中的灾难性事故。目前,失控井井口重置时,无论是采用钢丝绳加法还是重力加压法进行井口重置,最终都需要抢险人员靠近井口进行新井口法兰与失控井底法兰连接作业。抢险人员长期在高温、噪音等恶劣环境中作业,不但存在身体伤害,一旦发生井内流体泄漏,还会导致人员伤亡。为了尽快解决这个行业难题,研制了失控井井口重置底法兰抱箍,此装置采用了液压式抱箍结构,与遥控重力加压机具配套后,不但提高了失控井井口重置作业效率,还实现了新井口法兰与失控井井口底法兰连接作业无人化,避免了抢险人员抵近作业的风险。
The blowout runaway is a catastrophic accident in the production process of oil and gas fields.At present,when the wellhead of the runaway well is reinstalled,either the method of wire rope addition or gravity compression resetting will ultimately require rescue workers to approach the wellhead to connect the new wellhead flange to the runaway bottom flange.Even more to the point,rescue workers have been working in harsh environments with high temperature and noise for a long time,which not only causes physical injury,but also leads to casualties in case of fluid leakage in the well.In order to be able to solve the problem as soon as possible,the wellhead resetting bottom flange hoop is developed for the runaway well.The device is adopted the hydraulic hoop structure and is matched with the remote gravity pressure machine,which not only improves the efficiency of the wellhead resetting operation,but implements the new wellhead flange and wellhead bottom flange connection with humanization and avoid the risk of the rescue worker.
