摘要
目前大港石化延迟焦化装置冷焦水罐区有水罐5座,油罐2座,且都有向大气连接的透气孔,向周边大气不间断的排放VOCs恶臭气体,尤其是在冷焦阶段,罐区周边异味严重,破坏了周边的环境,对职工身体健康造成影响。要杜绝罐区VOCs恶臭气体外排,最好的方法就是采用密闭回收排放措施。通过对相关装置的考察并联系装置的特点,提出了对罐体进行氮气密封,整体撬装设备密闭回收焚烧技术。经该技术改造,基本杜绝了VOCs气体的无组织排放的问题,极大的改善了罐区周边环境问题,是一个值得推广的环境治理技术。
At present,there are five water tanks and two oil tanks in the cold coke water tank area of Dagang petrochemical delayed coking unit,and all of them have air permeability connected to the atmosphere and uninterrupted discharge VOCs odor gas to the surrounding atmosphere.In particular,in the cold coke stage,the peculiar smell around the tank area is serious,damaging the surrounding environment,which affects the health of workers.The best way to eliminate the discharge of VOCs odor gas in the tank area is to adopt seal recycling emission measures.Through the investigation of the related devices and connecting with the characteristics of the device,the nitrogen sealing and integral skid loading equipment are proposed.Most importantly,the problem of unorganized emission of VOCs gas is basically eliminated through the technical transformation,which has greatly improved the problem of surrounding environmental in the tank area and is worth promoting environmental governance technology.
