修井液控制及再利用技术研究

摘要 油田开发污染是我国主要的环境污染源之一,油田污染防治问题备受国人关注。修井作业是油田开发重要环节,随着老井服役加长,每年修井数量不断增加,每口井产生的废液在200 m3左右,污油泥5 m^(3)左右,如果不加以控制,将对环境造成极大的破坏。近几年,通过研制多种专用配套设备,包括井口集液操作台、油管防喷溅装置,油管钢制平台、油管软体平台、废液回收装置等。完善了地面流程,有效减少修井废液和固废污染物的产生,并对产生的废液和固废回收、再利用,实现生产效率、经济效益与环境保护互利共赢。 The Oilfield development pollution is one of the main environmental pollution sources in China.In particular,the problem of oil pollution prevention has attracted much attention.Workover operation is an important segment in oilfield development.With the extension of service of old wells,the number of workover wells is increasing every year.Each well is produced about 200 m3 of waste liquid and about 5 m^(3) of sludge.If not controlled,it will cause great damage to the environment.In recent years,our factory has developed a variety of special supporting equipment that contains wellhead gathering operation,tubing anti-splash device,tubing steel platform,tubing software platform and waste liquid recovery equipment,improved the surface process,effectively reduced the production of workover waste liquid and solid waste pollutants and recovered and reused the generated waste liquid and solid waste so as to achieve mutual benefit and win-win production efficiency,economic benefits and environmental protection.
