螺栓连接结合面影响因素及压强分布规律研究 被引量:2

摘要 螺栓连接结构的连接强度与螺栓连接结合面之间的压强分布密切相关。为改善螺栓连接结构的实际接触状态,对螺栓连接结合面压强分布的影响因素和分布规律进行了系统研究。基于有限元分析技术,创建单螺栓结合面系列仿真模型,获取结合面压强沿螺栓孔的径向分布曲线,以此来分析螺栓连接结合面压强分布规律。分析结果表明:预紧力仅改变结合面压强大小,但不改变其分布趋势和螺栓有效影响半径;螺栓公称直径增大可改善结合面的应力集中,同时增大螺栓的有效影响半径;被连接件厚度对结合面压强大小及螺栓有效影响半径的影响都较为显著。 The connection strength of bolted structures is closely related to the pressure distribution between the bolted joint interfaces. In order to improve the actual contact state of bolted structures, the influencing factors and laws of pressure distribution on the bolted joint interface are systematically studied. For the purpose of analysis of pressure distribution law on the bolted joint interface, a series of simulation models for a single bolted joint interface are created to obtain the curves of radial contact pressure distribution along the bolt hole by the use of the technology of finite element analysis. The analysis results show that the preload changes the pressure on the joint interface rather than its distribution trend and the effective influence radius of bolts;Increasing the nominal diameter of the bolt can improve the stress concentration of the joint interface and increase the effective influence radius of bolts;The thickness of the connected parts has a significant influence on the joint interface pressure and the effective influence radius of bolts.
