离子液体辅助研究“双丹方”中活性成分量的关系

Correlation of active ingredients in Shuangdan recipe with ionic liquids-assisted solvent

以离子液体作为辅助溶剂,研究“双丹方”中君药丹参和臣药丹皮之间的相互关系。分别以水、离子液体-水混合溶液为溶剂,得到丹参-水、丹皮-水、丹参-离子液体-水、丹皮-离子液体-水提取液;以丹参提取液、丹皮提取液为溶剂,得丹参-丹皮提取液;采用高效液相色谱法分析不同提取液中丹参素和丹皮酚的含量。结果表明,离子液体浸泡(30 min)-水提取法与水提法比较,丹参素和丹皮酚的提取率均明显提高。丹参素与丹皮酚提取率之间具有正相关性,表明君药和臣药之间的协同作用,可能源于物质体系中活性成分之间的相关性,从分子水平印证了双丹方药代动力学结果。

With ionic liquids(ILs) as the assisted solvent, the correlation of minister drug and conductant drug in the recipe of Shuangdan was investigated.With water, water-ILs as the extraction solvents, the Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.-water, Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.-water, Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.-water-IL and Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.-water-IL extracting solutions were obtained respectively.With the extracting solutions as solvents, the minister-conductant drug extracting solutions were gained.The contents of salvianic acid A and paeonol in the different extracting solutions were analysed with HPLC method.The IL(soak for half an hour)-water could effectively enhance the extraction rate of salvianic acid A and paeonol, in addition, the extraction rate of paeonol rose with the increase of extraction rate for Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.The extracting rate of salvianic acid A and paeonol possessed the positive correlations.The results indicted synergistic effect between minister herb and conductant herb can originate the dependency between the active ingredients in the substance system of Shuangdan recipe, which can verify the pharmaceutics results of the Shuangdan recipe.
