摘要
综述了医药级橡胶硫化促进剂2,2′-二硫化二苯并噻唑(DM)的主要合成和精制方法,对比了合成过程中过氧化氢、氧气、亚硝酸钠3种氧化法与传统生产工艺的优缺点,以及精制过程中溶剂法和重结晶法的优缺点.过氧化氢氧化法绿色、高效较适于合成医药级DM,重结晶法精制效率更高较适于精制医药级DM.并提出了未来几年医药级DM工艺技术开发的方向.
This paper reviews the main synthesis and refining methods of pharmaceutical grade rubber vulcanization accelerator 2,2′-dibenzothiazole disulfide(DM).The advantages and disadvantages of the three oxidation methods of hydrogen peroxide,oxygen and sodium nitrite with the traditional production process in the synthesis process were compared,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the solvent method and recrystallization method in the refining process.The green and efficient hydrogen peroxide oxidation method is more suitable for the synthesis of pharmaceutical grade DM,and the refining efficiency of recrystallization method is more suitable for the refining of pharmaceutical grade DM.And the direction of pharmaceutical grade DM process technology development in the next few years is proposed.
