高填充量甲基丙烯酸锌补强剂对三元乙丙橡胶性能的影响

摘要 研究了高填充量的甲基丙烯酸锌(ZDMA)作为填料补强剂对三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)老化前后的门尼黏度、硫化性能以及力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着ZDMA用量增加,EPDM的门尼黏度大幅下降,硫化速率提高,交联密度增大,ZDMA可显著改善EPDM胶料的流动性,提高硫化性能;此外,随着ZDMA用量增加,EPDM硫化胶老化前后的撕裂强度和硬度下降,老化前拉伸强度和断裂伸长率受到填料之间的屏蔽钝化作用的影响而呈现不同变化,老化后拉伸强度降低,断裂伸长率提高,压缩永久变形增加。 The effects of high filling amount of zinc methacrylate(ZDMA)as filler reinforcement on Mooney viscosity,vulcanization and mechanical properties of ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM)before and after aging were studied in this paper.The experimental results show that with the increase of ZDMA,the Mooney viscosity of EPDM decreases greatly,and the vulcanization rate and the crosslinking density increases.ZDMA can significantly improve the fluidity and vulcanization properties of EPDM compound.In addition,the tear strength and hardness of EPDM vulcanizate decrease before and after aging with the increase of ZDMA.Before aging,the tensile strength and elongation at break show different changes due to the shielding and passivation effect between fillers.After aging,the tensile strength decreases and the elongation at break and compression set increase.
