Preparation of fluorinated nitrile-butadiene rubber

摘要 采用低温乳液聚合法制备丁二烯、丙烯腈、含氟单体与反应型偶联剂共聚的氟化丁腈橡胶,研究了含氟单体结构单元在四元聚合物中的分布情况,同时考察了低氟含量氟化丁腈橡胶和高氟含量氟化丁腈橡胶的性能差别。结果表明,采用分子中氟元素数目低的甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯作含氟单体时,有利于含氟单体克服空间位阻的作用均匀地和丁二烯、丙烯腈发生聚合反应。高氟含量(质量分数为9%)氟化丁腈橡胶与低氟含量(质量分数为1.5%)氟化丁腈橡胶相比,玻璃化转变温度较低,硬度、拉伸性能和耐油性都有所下降。 The fluorinated nitrile-butadiene rubber was prepared by low temperature emulsion of copolymerization of butadiene,acrylonitrile,fluorinated monomer and reactive coupling agent.The distribution of structural units of fluorinated monomer in quaternary polymers was studied,and the performance differences between low fluorine content fluorinated nitrile rubber and high fluorine content fluorinated nitrile rubber were investigated.The results showed that when hexafluorobutyl methacrylate with low number of fluorine elements in the molecule was used as fluorinated monomer,it was beneficial for fluorinated monomers to overcome steric hindrance and uniformly polymerize with butadiene and acrylonitrile.Compared with low fluorine content(1.5%mass fraction)fluorinated nitrile-butadiene rubber,the glass transition,the hardness,tensile properties and oil resistance of high fluorine content(9%mass fraction)flourinated nitrile-butadiene rubber were lower.
