宁夏绿色食品产业发展存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Green Food Industry Development in Ningxia

通过对宁夏绿色食品加工企业进行实地调研,从产业、规模、区域3个方面分析了宁夏绿色食品产业发展现状、取得的成效,提出宁夏绿色食品产业发展存在优质原料供给不足、加工主体规模较小、精深加工水平较低、品牌培育不足、专业技术人才匮乏等5个方面问题。针对存在的问题提出加大招商引资、加快龙头企业培育、发展品牌战略、加强科技创新、完善监管体系、加强政策扶持等对策建议,以期为宁夏绿色食品产业发展提供理论依据,推动宁夏绿色食品产业可持续健康发展。

Through the field research of green food processing enterprises in Ningxia, the development status and achievements of green food industry in Ningxia were analyzed from three aspects of industry, scale and region.The existing problems in the development of green food industry in Ningxia were analyzed, such as insufficient supply of high-quality raw materials, small scale of processing main body, low level of intensive processing,poor brand cultivation and lack of professional and technical personnel. Under such background, some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward, such as increasing investment attraction, accelerating the cultivation of leading enterprises, developing brand strategy, strengthening scientific and technological innovation,improving supervision system and strengthening policy support, aiming to provide theoretical basis for the development of green food industry in Ningxia and promote the sustainable and sound development of green food industry in Ningxia.
