摘要
电力物联网由前端传感器、通讯模块、数据处理中心等组成,可以实时采集被监测对象的基本参数。计算机将温度、电流、振频等参数进行统计、分析后,通过智能判断或人工分析,可以掌握电力设备和电缆的工况,为日常维护和故障修理提供了参考。首先设计了基于物联网的电力电缆状态检修系统,该系统主要包括感知层、网络层和应用层三部分。随后以某110 kV变电站电缆故障为例,在故障原因分析的基础上,使用基于物联网的电缆状态检修技术进行了故障溯源。结果表明,其中一个监测点的温度异常升高,据此可以缩小故障查找范围,为及时、准确地查找故障提供了技术支持。
The power Internet of Things is composed of front-end sensors, communication modules, data processing centers, etc., which can collect the basic parameters of the monitored object in real time. After the computer makes statistics and analysis of parameters such as temperature, current and vibration frequency, it can grasp the working conditions of power equipment and cables through intelligent judgment or manual analysis, which provides a reference for daily maintenance and fault repair. First designs a power cable condition maintenance system based on the Internet of Things, which mainly includes three parts: perception layer, network layer and application layer. Then, taking a 110 kV substation cable fault as an example, based on the analysis of the cause of the fault, the cable condition-based maintenance technology based on the Internet of Things is used to trace the source of the fault. The results show that the temperature of one of the monitoring points rises abnormally, which can narrow the scope of fault finding and provide technical support for finding faults in a timely and accurate manner.
