摘要
反击式破碎机是一种主要对中等硬度低磨蚀性物料进行粗碎、中碎及细碎作业的设备。可广泛应用于水电、核电、公路、高铁、城市建筑等行业。本研究介绍了大型反击式破碎机HS1827S主要结构及工作参数的计算过程,特别是对反击式破碎机处理能力的计算进行了探讨和分析。
Counterattack crusher is a device that is mainly crushed, medium and fine-shattering operations that are mainly low, medium-hard abrasion material.It can be widely used in hydropower, nuclear power, highways, high-speed rail, urban construction and other industries.With the continuous enhancement of the country’s natural environmental protection,the constraint on natural sand and gravel must also continue to tighten,therefore, the mechanical sandstone aggregate has become the main source of the construction of gravel aggregate,it is expected that the proportion of sand and gravel in the future will continue to increase, therefore,large crushing equipment will have larger market space.This study introduces the calculation process of the main structure and work parameters of the large counterattack crusher HS1827s,in particular, the calculation of counterattack crusher processing capabilities was discussed and analyzed.
