烟气脱硝技术装备脱硝效率测定的不确定度评定

摘要 根据不确定度评定的相关标准及规范要求,通过认真分析不确定度来源、建立数学模型、评定各不确定度分量、合成并评估相对扩展不确定度及扩展不确定度,对烟气脱硝技术装备脱硝效率测定的不确定度进行了详细评定。结果表明:脱硝效率测定的不确定度可达到较大值,在实际测定过程中应予以充分重视。其中,脱硝效率自身大小对不确定度的影响最大,烟气分析仪NOX浓度测定的示值误差、重复性测量、校准用标准气体及自动烟尘采样测试仪含氧量测定误差对不确定度的贡献也较大。在实际测定过程中,均应采取相应的措施以便减小不确定度。 Based on the uncertainty evaluation standards and regulations,by carefully analyzing the sources of the uncertainty,establishing a mathematical model,evaluating each component of the uncertainty,synthesizing and evaluating the relative expanded uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty,the uncertainty on determination of denitration efficiency for flue gas denitration equipment was evaluated in detail.The results show that the uncertainty on determination of denitration efficiency for the equipment could reach a large value,so it should be fully concerned in practical application.The value of denitration efficiency itself most affected the uncertainty.The NOX concentration measurement error of flue gas analyzer,repeatability measurement,standard gas for calibration and the oxygen content measurement error of automatic smoke sampling tester also affected the uncertainty.The appropriate method could be conducted to reduce this affection in the determination.
