摘要
近年来,智能制造已成为我国钢铁行业发展的重大趋势和核心内容,也是加快企业生产操作方式转变,实现节能降耗的重要抓手。大冶特钢面向高炉-烧结炼铁产线,基于工业互联网设计理念和架构,搭建产线级炼铁大数据智能互联平台。综合运用“物、大、智、云、移”技术,采用云-边协同的智能制造技术路线,实现铁前传统以应用为中心的信息系统建设向以数据为中心、业务高度集成的转变。在边缘侧利用机理建模和人工智能实现高炉、烧结的工况诊断,在云端构建工业大数据平台,建立统一的数据标准互联共享、统一的数据资产智能分析以及产线的集中智能监控模式,彻底打通从原料到烧结到高炉的整个炼铁工序,实现生产过程信息实时交互,消除“数据孤岛”,打造了从边缘智能系统到云平台到掌上智慧工厂再到数字孪生的“云-边-端”一体化智能管控优化新模式。
In recent years,intelligent manufacturing has become a major trend and core content in the development of China's iron and steel industry,and also an important starting point to accelerate the transformation of enterprise production and operation mode and achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction.Daye Special Steel is oriented to the blast furnace sintering iron making production line.Based on the design concept and architecture of the industrial Internet,it builds an intelligent interconnection platform for production line level iron making big data.Comprehensively use the technology of“material,large,intelligent,cloud and mobile”and the intelligent manufacturing technology route of cloud edge collaboration to realize the transformation from the traditional application centered information system construction of Tieqian to the data centered and highly integrated business.At the edge side,mechanism modeling and artificial intelligence are used to realize the diagnosis of blast furnace and sintering conditions.An industrial big data platform is built in the cloud,and a unified data standard interconnection and sharing,unified data asset intelligent analysis,and centralized intelligent monitoring mode of the production line are established.The whole ironmaking process from raw materials to sintering to the blast furnace is thoroughly opened up,and real-time information interaction in the production process is realized to eliminate“data islands”,A new mode of“cloud edge end”integrated intelligent management and control optimization has been created,ranging from edge intelligent systems to cloud platforms to handheld smart factories to digital twins.
