摘要 通过分析榆中建投·阡陌院二期项目的地下车库桩承台设计与施工情况,在桩端持力层为角砾时,可利用桩底后的注浆材料与工艺,可以大幅提升桩基承载力特征值。该项目共选用了三组试桩并采取桩底后的注浆工艺进行了测试,工艺流程完善,测试成果全面可靠,可成为建筑设计单位开展施工图设计工作的重要依据,并对该项目的基础造价有重要指导意义。 This paper analyzes the design and construction of pile cap in the underground garage of the second phase of Yuzhong Jiantou Qianmo Yard project,When the pile end bearing layer is breccia,the grouting material and technology behind the pile bottom can be used to greatly improve the bearing capacity characteristic value of pile foundation.In this project,three groups of test piles were selected and the grouting process after pile bottom was adopted for testing.The technological process is perfect and the test results are comprehensive and reliable,which can become an important basis for the construction drawing design of the architectural design unit and have important guiding significance for the foundation cost of the project.
