摘要
结合高速公路沥青混凝土路面预防性养护工程,从精表处对于路面早期病害的修复及其作用机理入手,探讨了路面精表处高性能胶结材料、细集料的技术要求,以及施工工艺中关于材料选择、机械标定、工序控制等关键节点控制。沥青混凝土路面在病害发育早期实施精表处,可达到较好的病害预防效果,有效延长路面寿命,改善路面抗滑和抗水损能力,其经济效益显著。
Based on the preventive maintenance project of expressway asphalt concrete pavement,starts with the fine-surfacing repairing and effecting theory of early pavement diseases,analyses the technical requirements of fine-surfacing high-performance binder and fine aggregate,and the key node control in construction technology,such as material selection,mechanical calibration,process control,etc.The application of fine-surface at the early stage of disease development on the asphalt concrete pavement can achieve better effect of disease prevention,effectively prolong the pavement life,and improve the ability of skid resistance and water damage resistance of the pavement.The economic benefits are significant.
