摘要
随着真空管道磁浮交通理论及其相关技术领域的快速发展,我国真空管道磁浮交通进入了实验验证阶段。然而,对于真空管道磁浮交通工程,其复杂的内部结构、狭长的管道环境和高精度的测量精度要求,在管道内构件安装、测控和检测等方面,都对精密工程测量技术提出了更高的要求,导致常规测量方法和精度控制方面难以满足相关要求,鉴于此,基于我国首个真空管道磁浮交通试验线建设工程,对真空管道内T形槽轨平顺度检测方法进行讨论,并将研讨结果在试验线的建设中进行应用验证。
With the rapid development of vacuum tube maglev transport theory and related technical fields,china's vacuum tube maglev transport has entered the stage of experimental verification.however,the complex internal structure,narrow tube environment and the high precision measurement accuracy requirements,in the tube internal components installation,measurement and control and detection,etc.,are puts forward higher requirements on precise engineering surveying technology,lead to conventional measuring method and accuracy control is difficult to meet the relevant requirements.In view of this,based on china's first vacuum tube maglev transport test line construction engineering,to conduct the test method for T-groove rail smoothness of vacuum tube maglev transport and research results in test line for the construction of the application.
