航空复合材料铝合金叠层制孔技术

摘要 在航空制造中涉及到许多复合材料和铝合金叠层制孔的情况。由于两种材料的切削特性存在明显差异,因此在叠层制孔中如何保证成孔精度就成为技术难点。在介绍叠层制孔刀具和制孔质量评估标准的基础上,对复合材料/铝合金叠层制孔的工艺流程进行了优化,并通过试验确定了叠层制孔中进给量与转速的取值范围。最后探究了不同工艺参数下叠层制孔的孔径和毛刺,结果表明:在转速为3 600 rpm、进给量为0.06 mm/r条件下,使用三尖钻进行复合材料和铝合金叠层制孔,孔径偏差只有0.003 mm,毛刺高度在50~100μm之间波动,制孔精度较高。 In the aeronautical manufacturing involves many composite materials and aluminum alloy lamination hole.Because the cutting characteristics of two kinds of materials are obviously different,it is difficult to ensure the accuracy of hole formation in laminated hole making.On the basis of introducing the cutting tool and the quality evaluation standard of hole making,the technological process of composite/aluminum alloy hole making is optimized,and the value range of feed rate and speed in hole making is determined through experiments.Finally,the pore size and burr of composite and aluminum alloy are investigated under different process parameters.The results show that the hole size deviation is only 0.003 mm and the burr height is fluctuating between 50 and 100μm when the rotation speed is 3600 rpm and the feed rate is 0.06 mm/r.
