Diagnosis and Treatment of Bovine Reproductive Disorders

为探讨牛繁殖障碍性疾病的临床诊断与防治策略。选取某牛养殖场2021年5—10月明确诊断为子宫内膜炎的72头病牛作为研究对象,依据治疗方式的差异将研究样本分为2组,西药组36头,采用西药治疗;联合组36头,在西药基础上联合中药治疗,对比2组疗效。结果:采用中西药联合治疗的联合组治疗有效率为97.22%,单纯采用西药治疗的西药组治疗有效率为83.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在牛养殖过程中,养殖人员需明确掌握牛繁殖障碍性疾病的诊断方式及预防措施,在发病后应及时对症治疗,以促进病牛康愈。

To explore the clinical diagnosis and prevention strategy of bovine reproductive disorder.Seventy-two infected cattle diagnosed with endometritis from May to October 2022 in a cattle farm were selected as research objects.According to the differences in treatment methods,the study samples were divided into two groups,36 in the western medicine group,which were treated with western medicine.36 patients in the combined group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of western medicine.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The effective rate of the combination group treated with Chinese and Western medicine was 97.22%,and that of the Western medicine group treated with Western medicine alone was 83.33%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of cattle breeding,breeders should have a clear understanding of the diagnosis and preventive measures of bovine reproductive disorders,and timely symptomatic treatment after the onset of disease,so as to promote the healthy recovery of infected cattle.
