前殖吸虫病又被称为蛋蛭病,是前殖吸虫寄生在鸡的直肠、输卵管、法氏囊中引发的体内寄生虫疾病,临床上患病鸡主要以输卵管发炎、产蛋机能紊乱为主要特征,是严重影响鸡生长发育和产蛋质量的体内寄生虫疾病。饲养管理人员需对前殖吸虫病的发生流行特点有全面的掌握,总结疾病的防治工作经验,出现疑似发病病例后,应单独隔离,并做好养殖场的针对性消杀处理,切断寄生虫的传播渠道。该文探讨散养鸡前殖吸虫病的临床诊疗和防治手段。

Paragonimiasis,also known as egg leech disease,is an endoparasitic disease caused by the planned birth of paragonimiasis in the rectum,fallopian tube and bursa of chickens.Clinically,the sick chickens are mainly characterized by inflammation of fallopian tube and dysfunctional egg laying.It is an endoparasitic disease that seriously affects the growth and development of chickens and the quality of egg laying.It is necessary for the breeding management personnel to have a comprehensive grasp of the occurrence and epidemic characteristics of paragonimiasis,constantly summarize the disease prevention and control experience,isolate the suspected cases separately,and do a good job in the targeted killing treatment of the breeding farm to cut off the transmission channel of parasites,ensure that they can grow and develop healthily.This study discussed the clinical diagnosis,treatment and prevention of paragonimiasis in free range chicken.
