非洲猪瘟防控背景下生猪屠宰检疫的措施

摘要 非洲猪瘟是近年对我国生猪养殖产业构成严重危险的一类重大传染性疾病,该类疾病在生猪养殖领域的传播和流行会威胁猪的健康生长。非洲猪瘟疫情时代,越来越多的养殖户认识到加强养殖结构调整转变传统养殖模式的重要性。需从养殖、屠宰等诸多环节入手,尤其应做好生猪屠宰检疫,及时发现患病猪、带毒猪,及时处理,避免带病动物制品在市场中销售。 African swine fever is a major infectious disease posing a serious danger to China's pig breeding industry in recent years.The spread and prevalence of such diseases in the field of pig breeding will threaten the healthy growth of pigs,raising the price of pork significantly,and affecting the normal eating safety of the people.In the post-African swine fever era,more and more farmers realized the importance of strengthening the breeding structure adjustment and changing the traditional breeding mode.In the new historical period,in order to ensure that the public eat assured meat,we need to start from breeding,slaughtering and many other links,especially we should do a good job of pig slaughtering and quarantine,timely find the sick pig,poisoned pigs,timely treatment,to avoid the sale of sick animal products in the market,and harm the physical and mental health of consumers.
