萍乡市海绵城市试点建设效果评价

Effect evaluation of pilot construction of sponge city in Pingxiang city

基于萍乡市海绵城市试点建设实践,从年径流总量控制率、径流污染削减率、水安全保障三个方面对萍乡市的海绵城市试点建设进行了评估。结果表明:在萍乡市实施的32.98km^(2)海绵城市建设试点范围内,试点区域年径流总量控制率达到76%,径流污染削减率达到海绵城市建设要求,84个积水点基本消除,试点建设效果显著,相关成功经验可为当前系统化全域推进海绵城市建设示范工作提供参考。

Based on the local practical experience,this article evaluates the pilot construction of sponge city in Pingxiang city from three aspects of total annual runoff control rate,runoff pollution reduction rate and water security.The results show that within the pilot construction area of 32.98 km^(2) completed in Pingxiang city,its total annual runoff control rate reaches 76%,the runoff pollution reduction rate meets the requirements of sponge city construction,and 84 ponding points are basically eliminated.The pilot construction effect is remarkable.The relevant successful experience can provide reference for the current systematic promotion of the sponge city construction demonstration work in the whole area.
