“双循环”背景下甘肃省融入丝绸之路经济带的路径研究

Research on the Paths of Gansu Province’s Integration into the Silk Road Economic Belt in the Context of the“Dual Circulation”

丝绸之路经济带包含陕西、甘肃、青海、宁夏及新疆西北五省,重庆、四川、云南及广西西南四省。“双循环”背景下,本文首先分析了甘肃省融入丝绸之路经济带面临的机遇与挑战,其次从改善高新技术产业资本结构优化融资模式、加强数字普惠金融发展力度两个方面阐述甘肃省融入丝绸之路经济带的路径研究,最后给出建议,以供参考。

The Silk Road Economic Belt involves five provinces,Shaanxi,Gansu,Qinghai,Ningxia and Xinjiang in the northwest of China,and four provinces,Chongqing,Sichuan,Yunnan and Guangxi in the southwest of China.This paper discusses the opportunities and challenges faced by Gansu Province in integrating into the Silk Road Economic Belt in the context of the“dual circulation”,followed by the improvement of the capital structure of high-tech industries to optimize the financing models and strengthen the development of digital inclusive finance of Gansu Province into the Silk Road Economic Belt,and finally gives suggestions for as references.
