摘要
互联网时代,人们的消费习惯和消费结构不断迭新升级。企业在市场环境的影响下,需要投入更多成本在互联网技术和信息的获取中,进而影响了企业的利润构成。在这一背景下“新零售”概念成为时代浪潮,一些电商平台将发展方向聚焦于生鲜行业。本文在研究过程中,以盒马鲜生和超级物种为例,在新零售时代浪潮下,对生鲜电商运营管理过程中存在的风险及原因进行探讨,希望对其他生鲜电商运营管理风险防控提供一定的借鉴。
In the era of the Internet,people’s consumption habits and consumption structures are constantly upgraded.For enterprises,under the influence of the market backgrounds,they need to invest more in Internet technologies and the acquisition of Internet information,which in turn affects the profit sources of enterprises.Given this,the concept of“new retail”has become the wave of the times,and some e-commerce platforms have focused on the development of the fresh food industry.In this paper,the risks and causes of fresh food e-commerce operation and management are discussed under the wave of new retail,and the implications for other fresh food e-commerce operation and management risk prevention and control are explored.
