摘要
在快速发展和竞争激烈的教育环境下,儿童身心发展所面临的压力和焦虑影响了儿童在教育和生活中的幸福体验。因此,有必要探讨、理解和提升儿童幸福能力,促进儿童幸福成长。儿童幸福能力是儿童在追求和获得幸福的过程中体现的综合能力,包括幸福认知能力、体验能力、共享能力、创造能力和反思能力等五个要素。培养儿童幸福能力,需加强家长和教师对儿童幸福能力的关注,引导儿童树立正确的幸福观,并为儿童追求幸福创设适宜的教育情境。
In a rapidly developing and competitive educational environment,the pressure and anxiety that children face in their physical and mental development affect their wellbeing in education and life. Therefore,it is necessary to discuss,understand and improve children’s well-being ability and promote children’s well-being. Children’s well-being ability is the comprehensive ability of children in the process of pursuing and obtaining happiness,including five elements:cognitive ability,experience ability,sharing ability,creativity ability and reflection ability. To cultivate children’s happiness ability,parents and teachers need to pay more attention to children’s happiness ability,guide children to establish a correct concept of happiness,and create a suitable educational situation for children to pursue happiness.
