摘要
为探索体育志愿者工作满意度、组织承诺现状以及与人力资源管理实践的关系,采用问卷法对482名大学生体育志愿者进行调查。结果发现:(1)体育志愿者人力资源管理实践各维度均与工作满意度、组织承诺呈显著正相关;(2)人力资源管理实践中的规划、筛选、培训和支持因素是体育志愿者工作满意度的预测指标;(3)规划、培训和支持因素也是体育志愿者组织承诺的预测指标。
To explore the present situation of sports volunteer job satisfaction,organizational commitment and human resource management practice and their relationship,482 college sports volunteers were surveyed by questionnaire method. The results show that:(1)all dimensions of human resource management practice of sports volunteers are highly positively related to job satisfaction and organizational commitment;(2)the planning,screening,training and supportive factors in human resources management practice are the predictive indicators of sports volunteers’ job satisfaction;(3)the planning,training and supportive factors are also the prediction indicators of sports volunteer organizational commitment.
