小康社会的生成与敞显植根于马克思社会—历史理论逻辑的境构之中。“小康”通常擘画与描摹的是社会发展特定阶段的样型和图式,同时亦表征与型构该社会历史场域中人的发展情态。“人的解放逻辑”是贯穿马克思思想构境的一条“主线索”,马克思和恩格斯将人的自由个性的生成与敞显视作未来新文明类型的“指示器”和重要标识。“全面小康”与“人的自由全面发展”之间具有内在的逻辑耦合性与融通性,质言之,促进“人的自由全面发展”是全面建成小康社会的价值旨趣。从“历时性”的向度透析,小康社会在当代中国场域中的生成与敞显历经了从“总体”到“全面”、从“建设”到“建成”的双重跃迁。如今,全面建成小康社会的宏伟目标已然实现,全面建成社会主义现代化强国的新征程已然开启,这是中国共产党接续奋斗的“上篇”和“下篇”,藉此,应坚持“扎扎实实、稳中求进”的“总基调”,保持经济社会发展的平衡性、协调性和可持续性,不断顺应新时代场域中人民群众对美好生活的新向往、新期待。

The formation and manifestation of a well-off society are rooted in the frame of Marxist social-historical theoretical logic.Well-offness usually depicts not only the pattern and schema of a particular social development stage,but also people’s development in this social and historical field.The main clue in human liberation logic runs through Marxist ideological construction.Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels regard the emergence and manifestation of a free personality as an important indicator and marker of a new future civilization type.All-round well-offness and free-and-all-round human development has an inherent logic coupling and accommodation.In other words,promoting free and all-round human development,is the value purport in constructing an all-round well-off society.From a diachronic perspective,the emergence and exposure of Chinese well-off in its contemporary arena experiences a two-fold transition,namely,from overall to comprehensiveness,and from construction to completion.With the glandulous well-off achievement,the new journey of building an all-round powerful socialist country has begun,which respectively constitute the first half and the second half of the CPC’s ensuing struggles.It is obligatory to adhere to the general principle of a down-to-earth attitude and a steady progress pace.Balance,coordination and sustainability of economic and social development must be maintained,so as to keep up with people’s emerging aspirations and expectations for a better life in the new era.
