论症状的性质及其对症状标准化研究的意义

The Nature of Symptoms and Its Significance to Symptoms Standardization

在前期标准化症状分类及症状内涵研究的基础上,提出“症状”应具有单一性、独立性、唯一性、完整性、分类性、粒度性、上位性、等价性八种性质,其中单一性是判断标准化症状或无效症状的重要标准,独立性是症状标准化后相关研究的基础,唯一性是中医智能化、标准化过程中减少数据维度的客观要求。对症状性质的认识和总结,可为症状标准化研究过程中的常见问题,包括无法明确内涵的传统症状的标准化表达、生僻症状的处理、下位概念的枚举及归类、时间信息的描述方式、有效症状的判断等,提供解决问题的指导意见,并可进一步为中医症状标准化提供方法学参考。

Based on previous researches focusing on standardized classification and connotation of the symptoms,this paper proposes eight natures of the symptoms,namely singleness,independence,uniqueness,completeness,classification,granularity,epistasis,and equivalence.It is believed that singleness is an important criterion for judging standardized symptoms or invalid symptoms;independence is a necessary basis for further researches after symptom standardization;and uniqueness is the objective requirement of reducing the dimension of data in the process of intelligentization and standardization of traditional Chinese medicine.It is pointed out that there are difficulties in clearly defining the connotation of the standardized expression of traditional symptoms,dealing with uncommon symptoms,enumerating the subordinate concepts,describing the time information,and judging the effective symptoms.
