痫病病名考证与规范化研究

Textual Research and Standardization of Epilepsy Disease Names

中医学对痫病的认识较早,但在不同历史时期出现了诸多不同病名,且存在一病多名、病名层次混乱等问题。应用术语学、本体学等方法,围绕痫病病名系统地梳理古籍文献,获得痫病相关中医古籍650种,从中提取痫病病名32个;以历史年代为纲,从症状特点、病因病机、病性病位三个方面对32个病名进行梳理与考证,并以遵从古籍、科学归类、划定范围及继承性、实用性、先进性、特异性、准确性、公认性、稳定性等规范标准为原则,对病名进行规范化研究,共计获得首选病名14个,同义病名5个,下位病名14个。

The medical record of epilepsy has a long history in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),but the disease terms are varied in different times,bringing the problems such as single disease with multiple names and chaotic disease hierarchy.The ancient books and documents were systematically reviewed to obtain disease names of epilepsy using terminology,ontology and other methods,and finally 650 related ancient TCM books were obtained,and 32 disease names of epilepsy were extracted.Categorized into different historical times,the 32 diseases names were analyzed from three aspects including symptom characteristics,etiology and disease mechanism,and nature and location of disease.Following the standards and principles such as keeping in accordance with ancient books,scientific categorization,clear definitions and boundaries,as well as inheritance,practicality,advancement,specificity,accuracy,acceptance,and stability,the disease names were standardized into 14 preferred disease names,5 synonymous disease names and 14 subordinate disease names.
