摘要 随着军工高端冶金材料的井喷需求,国家的“双碳”大战略的推行,国内传统冶金行业的产业升级,真空感应熔炼装备备受青睐且愈来愈趋向于大型化。“一炉多用,一机多炉”工艺方式在国内相当盛行,特别是大吨位的真空感应熔炼炉,用来提高设备利用率或降低生产运行成本。详细阐述了在特种冶金领域中大型真空感应熔炼装备的总体设计及其相关工艺技术,并分析了大型真空感应熔炼装备技术的发展趋势。 With the blowout demand of high-end military metallurgical materials,the implementation of the national"double carbon"strategy,the industrial upgrading of the domestic traditional metallurgical industry,vacuum induction smelting equipment has been favored which tends to be larger and larger.The process of"one furnace for multiple purposes,one machine for multiple heats"is quite popular in China,especially the large tonnage vacuum induction melting furnace,which is used to improve equipment utilization or reduce production and operation costs.The overall design of large-scale vacuum induction melting equipment and its related technology in special metallurgy field have been described in detail,while the development trend of large-scale vacuum induction melting equipment technology has been analyzed.
