新型钢筋套筒灌胶连接件受力性能试验研究

摘要 装配式混凝土结构中,钢筋的连接是一项非常关键的技术;对比传统的钢筋套筒灌浆连接,提出一种新型钢筋连接方式,即钢筋套筒灌胶连接,其套筒为两端内壁带螺纹的无缝钢管,黏结材料为结构胶。该连接方式的钢套筒加工简单,且可以采用低温固化型环氧树脂结构胶解决套筒灌浆连接冬季施工难的问题。通过对12个连接件进行单轴拉伸试验,研究其在不同锚固长度、胶层厚度、钢筋直径下的破坏过程和破坏形式,研究结果表明,该钢筋套筒灌胶连接受力性能及变形性能均满足规范要求。 In prefabricated concrete structure,the connection of steel bar is a very key technology.Compared with the traditional steel bar sleeve grouting connection,this paper proposes a new steel bar connection method,that is,steel bar sleeve grouting connection,the sleeve is seamless steel tube with threaded inner wall at both ends,and the bonding material is structural adhesive.The steel sleeve of this connection method is simple to process,and low temperature curing epoxy resin structural adhesive can be used to solve the problem of difficult construction of sleeve grouting connection in winter.In this paper,through the uniaxial tensile test of 12 connectors,the failure process and failure form under different anchoring length,adhesive thickness and reinforcement diameter are studied.The results show that the mechanical properties and deformation properties of reinforcement sleeve glue connection meet the requirements of the specification.
