混合型再生骨料制备透水混凝土的研究 被引量:2

摘要 将废弃混凝土再生骨料和废弃烧结砖再生骨料以不同比例混合得到混合型再生骨料,对其性能进行分析,在此基础上,研究混合型再生骨料水泥浆裹浆改性,确定水泥浆最佳水胶比。采用无机改性后的混合型再生骨料制备透水混凝土,分析测试改性前后抗压强度和透水系数,探究混合型再生骨料制备透水混凝土的可行性。研究结果表明:当采用水泥浆裹浆法强化再生骨料时,随着浆体水胶比的增大,混合型再生骨料的表观密度与堆积密度均先增大后减小,吸水率与压碎指标均先减小后增大,采用经强化的混合型再生骨料制备透水混凝土,其抗压强度较强化前提升,28 d抗压强度最高达到39.8 MPa,透水系数较强化前降低,透水系数最大达到3.3 mm/s。 The waste concrete recycled aggregate and waste sintering brick recycled aggregate were mixed in different proportions,and its properties were analyzed.On this basis,the mixed recycled aggregate cement slurry modification was studied to determine the best water-binder ratio.The hybrid regenerative aggregate was inorganic modified,the pervious concrete was prepared,and the compressive strength and permeability coefficient were analyzed and tested to explore the feasibility of preparing pervious concrete.The results show that after cement slurry strengthening,with the increase of water-binder ratio,the apparent density and accumulation density increase first and then decrease,the water absorption rate and crushing index decrease first and then increase,pervious concrete is prepared by using reinforced mixed recycled aggregate,its compressive strength is higher than that before strengthening,the 28 d compressive strength reached 39.8 MPa,and the permeability coefficient reached 3.3 mm/s.
