基于甬台温大修工程的沥青再生性能探究

摘要 针对甬台温高速公路温州段回收旧沥青进行性能研究,研究表明,交通量大能加速沥青老化及降低含量,交通量大的温州南段旧沥青含量(质量分数)较设计值降低22.6%,乐清段沥青含量(质量分数)较设计值降低12.3%;压力老化试验后的沥青比旋转薄膜烘箱试验后的试样在性能指标上的变化更大;PAV老化后车辙因子比RTFOT老化后车辙因子增加明显,压力老化时间越长,车辙因子越大;试验温度越高,车辙因子随压力老化时间的变化率越小,压力老化时间在高温条件下对沥青车辙因子的影响小;再生剂的掺加可使老化沥青针入度和延度有较大改善,但会造成软化点小部分降低,自研再生剂YZS在沥青延展性方面稍优于SZS。 This paper made the performance research on the recycled old asphalt according to the Wenzhou section of Yongtaiwen Expressway,the research showed that large traffic volume could accelerate the asphalt aging and reduce the asphalt content,the mass fraction of old asphalt content in the south section of Wenzhou with large traffic volume was 22.6%lower than the design value,the mass fraction of asphalt content in Leqing section was 12.3%lower than the design value,the asphalt after pressure aging test changed more in performance indicators than the sample after rotary film oven test,the rut factor after PAV aging increased significantly than that rut factor after RTFOT aging,the longer of pressure aging time,the larger of rut factor,and the higher of test temperature,the smaller change rate of rut factor with the pressure aging time,the pressure aging time had little effect on the asphalt rut factor under high temperature conditions,the addition of regenerant could greatly improve the penetration and ductility of aging asphalt,but would cause a small part of softening point to decrease,the YZS self developed regenerant was slightly better than SZS in asphalt ductility.
