城际铁路64 m节段预制胶接箱梁关键技术研究

摘要 桥梁构件预制拼装化是现代桥梁建设的趋势,也是倡导低碳建设、加强环保的重要举措。根据地形地貌条件,经综合技术经济比较,阎机城际铁路泾河特大桥采用19孔64 m节段预制胶接箱梁。结合铁路荷载重、振动大、桥梁动力特性及耐久性要求高等特点,以泾河特大桥项目为依托开展城际铁路64 m节段预制胶接箱梁关键技术研究,重点研究胶接拼装的工艺工法、长短线结合工法创新、振动搅拌混凝土应用和信息化监测等方面,为城际铁路节段拼装胶接箱梁设计、施工提供技术支撑。期望对后续大跨度胶接箱梁建设项目提供有力的借鉴,获得一定的经济效益和社会效益。 The prefabrication of bridge segments is the trend of modern bridge construction,and also an important measure to advocate low-carbon construction and strengthen environmental protection.According to the topographic condition and the comprehensive technical and economic comparison,the Jinghe Bridge of Yanji Intercity Railway adopts the 19-64 m precast epoxy jointed simply-supported box beam.Based on the characteristics of heavy railway load,high vibration,dynamic characteristics of Bridges and high durability requirements,the research on key technical of 64 m precast epoxy jointed simply-supported box beam is carried out with Jinghe Bridge project as the basis,focusing on the technological method of epoxy jointed assemble,innovation of construction method of long and short lines,vibration mixing concrete,monitoring information and other aspects.It provides technical support for the design and construction of long span precast epoxy jointed simply-supported box beam.It is expected to provide a good reference for the subsequent intercity railway construction projects and obtain certain economic and social benefits.
