摘要
根据小净空桥梁的结构特点,提出了一种适用于双轨布局,悬挂于梁底的新型检查车,可自适应轨距变化,侵占净空小。介绍了检查车的总体设计方案、主要技术参数及结构原理,并对重点结构槽型托架及铝合金车体做了有限元受力分析,分析结果表明结构具备较高的安全系数。
According to the structural characteristics of small clearance bridge,the design scheme of the new type of inspection tolley applicable to double track layout and suspended at the beam bottom is proposed,which can adapt to the change of gauge and occupy small clearance.The overall design scheme,main technical parameters and structural principle of the inspection tolley are introduced,and the finite element stress analysis of the key structure slot bracket and aluminum alloy car body is carried out.The analysis results show that the structure has a high safety factor.
