工业汽轮机排汽缸气动性能的研究

摘要 通过数值模拟的方法研究了蒸汽在排汽缸内的流动情况。三维稳态数值结果表明,排汽缸内部流动比较复杂,近壁面区域流动较为均匀,无明显漩涡。上半缸中的漩涡沿周向向下流动,并与下半缸的蒸汽发生掺混,在下半缸中心区域形成较大的漩涡。此外,肋板的摆放角度对排汽缸气动性能存在一定影响。 Aerodynamic performanceof industrial steam turbine exhaust hood are investigated numerically in the present work.Three-dimensional steady-state numercial results show that the flow is complicated in the exhaust hood.The flow is relatively uniform and there is no obvious vortex in the near the wall.The vortex in the upper part of the exhaust hood flows downward in the circumferential direction and is mixed with the steam in the lower part of the exhaust hood to form a larger vortex in the central area of the lower part of the exhaust hood.In addition,the placement angle of the ribs has a certain impact on the aerodynamic performance of exhaust hood.
