基于热泵技术回收350MW机组循环水余热加热凝结水的变工况热经济性分析

摘要 针对我国火电厂循环水余热利用、环境热污染等问题,研究分析了基于吸收式热泵取代7号低压加热器加热凝结水的方案,利用汽轮机抽汽作为驱动蒸汽,回收火电厂循环水余热,并以350MW机组为例进行了变工况热经济性分析,研究结果表明,该方案能够起到回收350MW机组循环水余热、提高火电厂经济效益,达到节能和环保的效果,但在机组负荷低于40%时,该方案不经济,应切回原加热器运行模式。 Aiming at the utilization of waste heat from circulating water in thermal power plants in my country,environmental thermal pollution,etc.,the research and analysis based on absorption heat pump instead of No.7 low pressure heater to heat condensate water,using steam turbine extraction as driving steam,recovering waste heat from circulating water in thermal power plants,and taking a 350MW unit as an example,the thermal economic analysis of off-duty conditions has been carried out.The research results show that the scheme can recover the waste heat of the 350MW unit circulating water,improve the economic efficiency of the thermal power plant,and achieve the effects of energy saving and environmental protection,but the load of the unit is less than 40%,the program is not economical,and it should be switched back to the original heater operation mode.
