摘要
从平衡计分卡的4个维度出发,阐述了房地产开发企业进行绩效评价的特点。在以往研究中的经典指标体系的基础上,引入了符合房地产开发企业绩效评价特点的相关指标。介绍了A房地产开发企业现阶段的绩效评价体系,并对其进行优化构建研究,通过优化前后评价体系差异的对比,提出相关改进建议,以期促进房地产开发企业的可持续发展。
Based on the four dimensions of the balanced score card,this paper expounds the characteristics of the performance evaluation of real estate enterprises.On the basis of the classical index system in the previous studies,the relevant indexes which accord with the characteristics of the performance evaluation of real estate enterprises are introduced.This paper introduces the performance evaluation system of A real estate development enterprise at the present stage,optimizes and constructs the performance evaluation system of a real estate enterprise.Through the comparison of evaluation system before and after optimization,the paper puts forward relevant improvement suggestions,in order to promote the sustainable development of real estate enterprises.
