摘要 天然气站场管道设备作为天然气输气管道系统的重要组成部分,承担着输气管道系统的枢纽和心脏作用,一旦发生管道结构疲劳断裂失效,甚至泄漏爆炸,后果不堪设想。因此,站场管道安全问题一直是国内外学者和管道运营企业关注和研究的热点。基于此,文章从安全管理与风险评价的角度出发,通过找出管道设备潜在的失效机理和安全缺陷问题,诊断管道设施系统的安全状况和功能性能。以为后期的合理的维修、更换和改造提供基础,以避免安全事故的发生,使其能在风险可接受的前提下尽可能延长使用寿命。 As an important part of the natural gas transmission pipeline system,the pipeline equipment of the natural gas station plays the role of the hub and heart of the gas transmission pipeline system.Once the pipeline structure fatigue fracture failure,or even leakage explosion,the consequences are unimaginable.Therefore,the safety of station pipelines has always been the focus of attention and research by scholars and pipeline operators at home and abroad.Based on this,from the perspective of safety management and risk assessment,this paper diagnoses the safety status and functional performance of pipeline facilities system by finding out the potential failure mechanism and safety defects of pipeline equipment,to provide a basis for reasonable maintenance,replacement and transformation in the later stage,so as to avoid safety accidents and prolong its service life as much as possible on the premise of acceptable risk.
