摘要
大型离心机组是石油化工装置的核心设备,其状态的稳定与否直接影响装置的连续、安稳、长周期运行,因此大机组的管理是设备管理工作的重中之重。为了能够实时掌握大型机组的运行状态,判断异常根源,通过对机组运行状态实时在线监测数据的处理与分析,以及不同时期数据变化的对比,能够真实反映出设备运行状态及异常状况的发展程度及趋势,分析结果可以为预防事故、科学精确指导检修提供有力依据。文章详尽记录了芳构化再生气循环压缩机齿轮箱异响问题,从运行状态异常情况的发现,到现场表象及结合振动频谱分析、判断故障原因,到问题处理,最后遗留问题说明的整个过程。文章探讨了机组运行振动分析如何与设备运行维护管理工作紧密联系在一起,如何更好地利用这一有利手段提前发现故障隐患,为机组的平稳运行提供保障。
Large centrifugal unit is the core equipment of petrochemical plant.Its stability directly affects the continuous,stable and long-term operation of the plant.Therefore,the management of large unit is the most important part of equipment management.In order to grasp the operation status of large units in real time and determine the source of abnormality,through the processing and analysis of real-time online monitoring data of unit operation status,as well as the comparison of data changes in different periods,the development degree and trend of equipment operation status and abnormal conditions can be truly reflected.The analysis results can provide a strong basis for accident prevention and scientific and accurate maintenance guidance.This paper has recorded in detail the abnormal noise problem of the gearbox of the aromatization regeneration gas circulating compressor,from the discovery of abnormal operating conditions,to the on-site appearance and combined with the vibration spectrum analysis,to determine the cause of the fault,to the problem handling,and finally to explain the whole process of remaining problems.This paper discusses how the vibration analysis of unit operation is closely related to the operation,maintenance and management of equipment,and how to make better use of this favorable means to find the hidden trouble in advance,so as to provide guarantee for the smooth operation of the unit.
