东北三省对中国农业具有极其重要的作用,其农业技术水平和农业投资规模对中国粮食产量和粮食安全具有重要影响。东北三省的农业技术进步与农业投资的冲击对农业发展有正向促进作用,各变量之间存在长期动态驱动效应。因此,东北三省应把农业技术提高和加大农业投资作为改善农业农村发展的重要环节,强化农业创新科技队伍,并在未来探索东北三省在“飞地经济”中如何注入新动能,打造邻省之间农业农村协同发展新格局,有效推动区域经济一体化发展,为实现东北乡村振兴贡献力量。

The three northeastern provinces have an extremely important agricultural position in China,and their agricultural technology level and agricultural investment scale have an important impact on grain output and food security. The agricultural technological progress and the agricultural investment in the three northeastern provinces have a positive effect on agricultural development,and there is a long-term dynamic driving effect between the variables. Therefore,the three provinces should take the improvement of agricultural technology and increase in agricultural investment as an important part of the agricultural and rural development,strengthen the agricultural technological innovation team,and explore how the three northeastern provinces can inject new dynamic energy into the“enclave economy”in the future to build neighboring provinces. The idea of a new pattern of coordinated development of agriculture and rural areas between them can effectively promote the integrated development of regional economy and contribute to the realization of rural revitalization in northeast China.
