干散货码头设备状态可视化研究与应用

Research and application of equipment state visualization in dry bulk terminal

摘要 针对干散货码头设备感知数据源多、量大、格式类别复杂等问题,提出了设备状态数据处理与设备可视化展示的对接策略,通过建立统一的可视化监管界面和面向港口数字孪生应用的访问接口,设计了基于干散货码头的设备实时状态可视化解决方案,解决了设备间数据交互困难、生产设备运行过程记录繁琐、数据记录表达不直观、现场设备生产过程监测成本高等问题。 Aiming at the problems of many perceived data sources,large quantity and complex format categories of equipment in dry bulk terminal,the docking strategy of equipment status data processing and equipment visual display is proposed.By establishing a unified visual supervision interface and an access interface for port digital twin applications,a real-time equipment status visualization solution based on dry bulk terminal is designed,which solves the difficulties of data interaction between equipment the production equipment operation process records are tedious,the data records are not intuitive,and the monitoring cost of equipment production process is high,etc.
