我国是渔业大国,但近年来,过度捕捞现象导致生态系统失衡,我国重点湖泊及长江流域90%以上的水域几乎无鱼可捕,渔业资源严重衰退,形成渔民越捕越穷、资源越捕越少的恶性循环。亟须通过现代科技手段,加强渔政监管力度,提高对长江流域禁捕区域、休渔期的监管。文章重点探讨如何通过信息化的手段,助力加强渔政队伍的建设,提升执法效能,维护渔业生产秩序,保障和推动渔业高质量发展。

China is a big fishing country,but in recent years,the phenomenon of overfishing has led to the imbalance of the eco⁃logical system.In China's key lakes and more than 90% of the Yangtze River Basin,there are almost no fish to catch,and the fishery re⁃sources are seriously declining,forming a vicious circle of poorer fishermen and less resources.It IS URGENT TO strengthen the fish⁃ery administration and supervision through modern scientific and technological means,and improve the supervision of the no-fishing areas and closed fishing periods in the Yangtze River Basin.This PAPER focuses on how to help strengthen the construction of fishery administration team,improve the efficiency of law enforcement,maintain the order of fishery production,and ensure and promote the high-quality development of fishery through information means.
