牛粪浸出液对青稞种子萌发活力的影响及其对温度的响应 被引量:1

摘要 为研究不同浓度牛粪浸出液及培养温度对青稞种子萌发活力的影响,本试验分别用浓度为0(CK)、5、10、20、40、60 g/L的牛粪水提液处理青稞种子后置于温度为5、10、15、20、25℃的恒温培养箱内进行培养。结果表明:(1)牛粪水提液会促进种子萌发,但随着浓度增加,促进效果逐渐降低,达到极高浓度时,会出现抑制作用;(2)当培养温度为5℃时,最大累计发芽率、发芽指数和发芽势均出现在ck处理;当培养温度为10℃时,随着牛粪水提液浓度的升高,青稞种子累计发芽率和发芽指数总体呈先升高后降低的趋势。5 g/L、10 g/L和15 g/L的牛粪水提液对青稞种子的萌发具有促进作用。40 g/L和60 g/L的牛粪水提液对青稞种子的萌发产生了抑制作用;当培养温度为25℃时,累计发芽率、发芽指数和发芽势在CK组达到最大值,加入不同浓度的牛粪水提液反而不同程度的降低了青稞种子的萌发活力;(3)在同一培养温度条件下,同一观测时间内牛粪水提液浓度越高根长越短,即种子胚根长以5 g/L处理的值最大,其次为CK。可见低浓度牛粪浸出液可以促进根系的代谢与生长,且在5 g/L时的胚根生长最优,活力最强。在同一牛粪水提液浓度条件下,同一观测时间内,随着培养温度的增加呈先增加后降低的趋势。即5℃较其他温度在同一牛粪水提液浓度下青稞种子的根最短,胚根生长受到了抑制,培养温度为20℃时,青稞种子的胚根总体最长。 In order to study the effects of different concentrations of cattle dung extract and culture temperature on the germination activity of highland barley seeds,highland barley seeds were treated with cattle dung extract at the concentration of 0(CK),5,10,20,40 and 60 g/L respectively,and then cultured in a constant temperature incubator at the temperatures of 5,10,15,20 and 25℃.The results showed that the water extract of cattle dung could promote seed germination,but the promoting effect decreased gradually with the increase of concentration.When it reached a very high concentration,it would inhibit seed germination.When the culture temperature was 5℃,the maximum cumulative germination rate,germination index and germination potential appeared in CK treatment.When the culture temperature was 10℃,the cumulative germination rate and germination index of highland barley seeds increased first and then decreased with the increase of the concentration of cattle dung water extract.The water extracts of 5 g/L,10 g/L and 15 g/L cattle dung promoted the germination of highland barley seeds.The water extracts of 40 g/L and 60 g/L cattle dung inhibited the germination of highland barley seeds.When the culture temperature was 25℃,the cumulative germination rate,germination index and germination potential reached the maximum in CK group.Adding different concentrations of cattle dung water extract reduced the germination activity of highland barley seeds to varying degrees.Under the same culture temperature and the same observation time,the higher the concentration of cow dung water extract,the shorter the root length,that is,the maximum value of seed radicle length treated with 5 g/L,followed by CK.It was found that low concentration cow dung extract promoted root metabolism and growth,and the radicle growth was the best and the activity was the strongest at 5 g/L.Under the same concentration of water extract of cattle dung and the same observation time,it increased first and then decreased with the increase of culture temperature.That is,at the same concentration of cattle dung water extract,the radicle of highland barley seeds was the shortest at 5℃,and the radicle growth was inhibited.When the culture temperature was 20℃,the radicle of highland barley seeds was the longest.
