新型高原牛粪燃烧炉的结构优化设计

Structural Optimization of a New Plateau Cattle Manure Combustion Furnace

随着西藏畜牧业的发展,牛的养殖规模在不断增加,牛粪也逐渐成为一种重要的燃料;为进一步提高牛粪的燃烧效率、减少尾气的排放,本文通过对传统燃烧炉进行改造,将炉膛内部改为棱台、采用耐火黏土、增设尾气处理装置,并在炉体外部围绕导热管将尾气联通暖气片用于供暖等改进方法,设计了一种新型高原牛粪燃烧炉,新型高原燃烧炉使牛粪燃烧产生的热量得到了充分的利用,同时达到了尾气净化的目的。

With the development of animal husbandry in Tibet,the scale of cattle breeding is increasing,and cattle manure is gradually becoming an important fuel.In order to further improve the burning efficiency of cattle manure and reduce the emission of exhaust gas,this paper designs a new type of plateau cattle manure burning furnace by modifying the traditional burning furnace,changing the inner chamber of the furnace into a prismatic platform,adopting refractory clay,adding an exhaust gas treatment device,and improving the outside of the furnace body around the heat-conducting pipe to connect the exhaust gas to the heater for heating.The new plateau burning furnace makes full use of the heat generated by burning cattle manure,and achieves the purpose of exhaust gas purification at the same time.
