移民搬迁青年社会融入研究——以闽宁镇为例

A Study on Social Integration of Migrant Youth from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization——Take Minning Town as an Example

本研究旨在通过了解移民搬迁青年社会融入问题,针对问题给出相关建议,以便更好促进凝聚青年力量推动地区发展。主要选用定量研究与定性研究相结合的方法,对宁夏回族自治区闽宁镇移民搬迁青年社会融入问题进行了实证研究。结果表明在经济融入层面,青年年收入明显增加,收入来源相对广泛,但就业培训参与度低,技能型人才匮乏;在文化融入层面,青年参与社区文化娱乐活动意愿明确、移民搬迁增进了青年对不同地区风俗习惯、宗教文化的了解,增进了民族团结;在心理融入层面,青年有返回原居住地的现象,但属于阶段性行为,对迁入地基础设施满意度高,长期居住的意愿明显,但与迁入地居民的交往不密切。结果表明应该从落实就业培训政策、兴办乡镇企业、举办社区文化娱乐活动等方面出发解决移民搬迁青年社会融入问题。

The purpose of this study is to provide relevant suggestions on the social integration of youth relocated by understanding the problems,so as to better promote the cohesion of youth to promote regional development.Using the method of combining quantitative and qualitative research,this paper conducts an empirical study on the social integration of migrant youth in Minning Town of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.The results show that in terms of economic integration,the annual income of young people has increased significantly,with relatively wide sources of income,but the participation in employment training is low,and skilled talents are scarce.In terms of cultural integration,young people have a clear intention to participate in community cultural entertainment activities,and their migration has enhanced their understanding of customs and religious culture in different regions,and enhanced ethnic unity.In terms of psychological integration,young people tend to return to their original places of residence,but it is a staged behavior.They are highly satisfied with the infrastructure of the places of residence,and have an obvious desire to live in the places of residence for a long time,but they do not have close contacts with the residents of the places of residence.The results show that we should implement employment training policies,set up township enterprises,and hold community cultural and recreational activities to solve the problem of social integration of migrant youth.
