摘要
随着环境问题日益凸显,对女性特质与女性管理者崛起的关注逐步延伸到环境领域。文章基于2012—2019年中国上市公司数据,实证分析女性高管权力对企业绿色创新的影响。研究发现:女性高管权力的伸展对于企业绿色创新存在正向促进作用,表明中国女性在以创新应对环境变化的行动中并不像以往所认为的那样保守,她们能够承担绿色创新所伴随的风险;女性高管权力的积极作用还通过增强企业社会责任(CSR)得分来实现;异质性检验发现,女性高管权力对企业绿色创新的积极作用在国有企业、非重污染行业和东部地区表现得更为显著。
With the increasingly prominent environmental problems,the concern about female characteristics and the rise of female managers has gradually extended to the environmental field.Based on the data of Chinese listed companies from 2012 to 2019,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of female executive power on enterprise green innovation.It is found that the extension of female executive power has a positive role in promoting enterprise green innovation,indicating that Chinese women are not as conservative as previously thought in responding to environmental changes with innova⁃tion,and they can bear the risks associated with green innovation;the positive role of female executive power is also real⁃ized by enhancing corporate social responsibility(CSR)scores;heterogeneity test finds that the positive effect of female executive power on enterprise green innovation is more significant in state-owned enterprises,non heavily polluting indus⁃tries,and eastern regions.
