摘要
为保持与主要竞争对手的领先优势,DARPA在2017年提出并发展了马赛克战的作战理念。马赛克战作为一种全新的作战概念,将对未来指挥与通信领域的发展变革产生深远的影响。在对其概念、内涵以及对未来战争形态影响和塑造深入分析的基础上,总结提炼了马赛克战在军事应用过程中需要解决的关键技术。针对马赛克战的技术特点和作战模式带来的挑战,提出未来指挥与通信领域中指挥控制架构应从“集中式”向“弹性分布式”转变,通信网络方面应重点构建全新的弹性信息网络架构,这对未来指挥与通信领域的发展和研究具有一定的指导意义。
In order to maintain the leading edge with its major competitors,DARPA proposed and developed the operational concept of mosaic warfare in 2017.As a new operational concept,mosaic warfare will have a profound impact on the development and transformation of the future command and communications field.On the basis of an in-depth analysis of its concept,connotation,influence and shaping on the future warfare patterns,this paper summarizes and refines the key technologies that need to be addressed in the process of mosaic warfare in military applications.In view of the technical features of mosaic war and the challenges brought by the operational mode,this paper proposes that future command and control architecture in the field of command and communication should be transformed from“centralized”to“elastic distributed”,and the communication network should focus on building a new elastic information network architecture,which has certain guiding significance for the development and research of the future command and communication field.
